The collaboration agreement has been formalised between Iberdrola and the consortium formed by Navantia<\/a> and Windar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The event was attended by the President of the Xunta de Galicia, Alberto N\u00fa\u00f1ez Feij\u00f3o<\/strong>, and the Minister of Finance and Public Function, Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas Montero<\/strong>, as well as the President of the CEOE, Antonio Garamendi,<\/strong> and Ignacio Gal\u00e1n<\/strong>, Chairman of Iberdrola.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_single_image image=”11634″ img_size=”full”][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Exciting and promising future<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This agreement generates a new line of business that will experience “enormous growth”<\/strong>, as Iberdrola’s chairman, Ignacio Gal\u00e1n<\/strong>, who was also present at the event, pointed out. He also pointed out that it will promote “development for a leading sector”<\/strong> such as offshore wind power<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Aid for decarbonisation\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The agreement between Navantia and Windar will result in “more employment and a sustainable future”<\/strong> based on “new cutting-edge infrastructures”<\/strong>. An innovative and ambitious project that will strengthen the relationship between Navantia and Iberdrola and has meant a great effort to introduce wind power at the Fene plant. The contract is “a very important step”<\/strong> towards promoting “green energy and generating employment and wealth in the area” and will position Navantia at an important national level.<\/strong><\/p>\n
