At Acebron Group we have tried, as far as possible, to continue with our activity, always prioritising the safety of our team and their families.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2021 is just around the corner and we want to summarise what this year has meant for Acebron Group.\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;9758&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would like to begin our annual balance by highlighting two important milestones: Our commitment to<\/span><b> dual vocational training<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and our <\/span><b>work-life balance plan.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From Acebron Group we are committed to <\/span><b>dual professional training to train the future talent of our team<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and for this reason we signed an agreement with the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.edu.xunta.gal\/centros\/iescastrodauz\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IES Plurilingual Castro da Uz<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de <\/span><b>As Pontes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the <\/span><b>medium cycle of Welding and Boilermaking<\/b> <b>for the 2020-2021 academic year<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The agreement has been signed jointly by the companies <\/span><b>Acebr\u00f3n Calderer\u00eda, SL, Prometal Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n, SL and Fitter Montajes Structural, SL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Acebron Calderer\u00eda, SL through this agreement, welcomed 5 students to train in the company and become one of ours. The demand far exceeded our expectations and we are proud to be able to train the professionals of tomorrow.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]We consider that\u00a0Carrying out a\u00a0labour reconciliation programme\u00a0is a key measure to promote equality between workers and improve their performance.\u00a0Providing facilities for employees to\u00a0<strong>combine personal life with work,\u00a0<\/strong>allows workers with young children, who have to take care of a family member or who are training while workingin to get more out of their day and make the most of their time. Some of the measures we took are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rotating and adapted shifts.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Consensus of vacation\u00a0<\/strong>dates, giving priority to employees with children.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reduction of hours\u00a0<\/strong>for employees who apply for it for the care of minor children and family members.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Continuous day\u00a0<\/strong>in the months of July and August for office employees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work from home.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexible hours<\/strong>\u00a0at the entrances and exits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;9762&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]In march due to complicated situation as a result of the COVID-19 crisis\u00a0we adapted our decisions daily according to its evolution, always with the aim of minimizing the economic impact that we can all suffer and maintaining our service,\u00a0<strong>as well as ensuring the health of our employees and people with whom we come into contact.\u00a0<\/strong>To ensure the understanding of all this measures by our entire team, specific training has been given, explaining to each person the importance of complying with them. In addition, to raise awareness, posters have been displayed with information about the measures and also, the most relevant actions have been projected on our production screens and filers.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The health crisis has evolved and changed and with them also our way of doing things. We have learned to adapt and be flexible to always guarantee the greatest security. Some of the measures implemented are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We eliminate face-to-face meetings as much as possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>We set work shifts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for all office and production staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have facilitated <\/span><b>conciliation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to those workers with children who have been affected by the suspension of schools, with the means agreed between the company and the worker, being able to make schedules more flexible and teleworking whenever possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Telecommuting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We strengthened the <strong>h<\/strong><\/span><b>ygiene and cleanliness <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in all facilities, especially in contact areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The dining rooms, showers have been closed and the use of changing rooms and common areas has been restricted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have opened <\/span><b>communication channels<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by instant messaging with our entire team to carry out all relevant communications regarding Covid-19 and organisational matters.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have made available to our people, and urged their constant use, all the means of safety and hygiene at work necessary for prevention: masks, gloves, sanitising gel, goggles and protective overalls.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It has been established <\/span><b>special protocol for loading and unloading operations that are<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;9762&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In <\/span><b>May,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> we became part of the <\/span><b>SPANISH NETWORK OF THE UNITED NATIONS WORLD PACT<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It is the world largest corporate sustainability initiative with more than 12,500 signatory entities and a presence in more than 160 countries based on ten universal principles. In <\/span><b>June<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> we became part of the Galician Network PXR that seeks to <\/span><b>reduce waste<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by promoting the <\/span><b>repair or recovery of any type of objects that have not yet finished their life cycle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, offering new ways to renew or refine them, saving substantial amounts of money.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In <\/span><b>August<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Global Industry, the magazine of the Metal Sector and Associated Technologies, interviewed <\/span><b>Rebeca Acebr\u00f3n Vice President of Asime and CEO of Acebron Group <\/b>and<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0she was optimistic about the post-COVID-19 scenario.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;9770&#8243; img_size=&#8221;600&#215;600&#8243; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In <\/span><b>October we <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">participated in the reference conference Maritime Trends to debate the present and <\/span><b>the future of the naval, maritime and port sector.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The congress was organised by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/asime.es\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asime<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the Association of Metal Industries and Associated Technologies of Galicia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We can say that we ended the year captivating attention thanks to our Industry 4.0 since both <\/span><b>La Voz de Galicia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>TVG2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> echoed our good work and progress.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Voz de Galicia titled it \u201cThe marathon towards Industry 4.0\u201d and they dedicated us a full page where they tell about our race towards digitisation and TVG2 made a documentary inside our facilities where you could see the different processes we carry out and how they are interconnected .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But at Acebron Group we always want to go further and <\/span><b>not only are we immersed in a process of digitisation of our factories<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, but we are also concerned about organisational improvements to boost the company and expand internationally. We are proud to say that we are already more than 1600 on Linkedin where our growing activity is being well received and shared.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=NTw5xAhqWnw&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But at Acebron Group we always want to go further and <\/span><b>not only are we immersed in a process of digitization of our factories<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, but we are also concerned about organizational improvements to boost the company and expand internationally. We are proud to say that we are already more than 1600 on Linkedin where our growing activity is being well received and shared.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despite the fact that it has been a year full of obstacles, <\/span><b>we have not stopped our activity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and we are proud to say that we have <\/span><b>carried out large projects in sectors such as wind, hydraulic, aerospace, rail and capital goods.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would like to highlight the work carried out for Inhisa Hidr\u00e1ulica SA, which consisted in the manufacture of four gate valves type \u201cBUREAU\u201d and their subsequent pressure test. <\/span><b>We carry out all this process in collaboration and under the instructions of our client, the resulting work being of high quality. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proof of this are the reduced leaks obtained in tests after the manual adjustment process, which have always been below 10% of the admissible leaks established by the applicable regulations.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;]<a itemprop=\"url\" href=\"https:\/\/acebrongroup.com\/acebron-group-performs-the-pressure-tests-successfully\/\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"background-color: #2029bd\" class=\"qodef-btn qodef-btn-medium qodef-btn-solid\"  >\n    <span class=\"qodef-btn-text\">READ THE ARTICLE<\/span>\n    <\/a>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<b>Our message for 2021 is a message of positivism and hope<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
